Dudi Maia Rosa has become known for ccreating works with volume and relief that hold light within them. His works resemble paintings, at times with projection screens, at others with stained glass, sometimes with Murano glass reliefs, objects that seem to have internal three-dimensional occurrences of colors and forms.   

Dudi held his first solo exhibition at MASP, São Paulo, in 1978, and since then has presented exhibitions at spaces such as: Millan, São Paulo, Brazil (2022, 2019, 2016, and 2012); Instituto Tomie Ohtake (2008); and CCSP, Brazil. He has participated in recent group shows at venues such as Gomide & Co., São Paulo, Brazil (2026); Flexa, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2026); Almeida & Dale, São Paulo, Brazil (2025); Instituto Figueiredo Ferraz, Ribeirão Preto, Brazil (2022); and Pinacoteca de São Paulo, Brazil (2020). He has been featured in the following biennials: 10th Mercosul Biennial, Porto Alegre, Brazil (2015); Johannesburg Biennial, South Africa (1995); and 22nd Bienal de São Paulo, Brazil (1994). His works are included in several collections, including the Pinacoteca de São Paulo, Brazil; MASP, Brazil; Dulce and João Carlos Figueiredo Ferraz Collection, Brazil; Itaú Collection, Brazil; and Stedelijk Museum, Netherlands.
