At ARCOmadrid 2026, Almeida & Dale is presenting works that explore memory and the archaeological potential of images, understood as traces of past worlds that materialize through evocation, the subconscious, traditional and personal narratives, or the symbolic charge of materials.

The selection brings together artists from different backgrounds in Brazil and abroad, whose practices cross multiple techniques—from painting to sculpture, including objects and conceptual propositions. The group brings together key names from Brazilian modernism and contemporary artists from different generations.
