t is with great joy that Almeida & Dale announces the representation of Nino Kapanadze.
Born in 1990 in Tbilisi, Georgia, and based in Paris, France, Kapanadze’s approach to painting is guided by intuition, atmosphere, and light sensitivity. Her works preserve tacit tensions through environments, figures, and scenes that unfold in fragments, evoking uneasy concepts or remembrance. The diaphanous quality of her compositions, however, withholds contradictions from vast visual traditions, forms of perception, and between the self and the outside world.
In 2025, she held solo shows in Paris and Angles-sur-l’Anglin in France and Thiene in Italy. Group exhibitions her work was featured in took place at David Zwirner, La Gaya Scienza, Perrotin, and Le Quai. Nino Kapanadze’s works are part of collections such as the Lafayette Anticipations Foundation, France; Noewe Foundation, Lithuania; Sigg Art Foundation, France; and Fondazione Bonollo, Italy.
