Curated by Luis Lama, the exhibition brings together diverse perspectives on Lady Macbeth — Shakespeare’s iconic tragic heroine—, reflects on desire, gender, and power through contemporary artistic practices. Damiani presents El Páramo, an installation of stone sculptures inspired by the bleak, desolate landscape of Joel Coen’s movie “The Tragedy of Macbeth”. The artist explores this liminal territory between the natural and the supernatural, conceiving the landscape as a source of the narrative’s tragic atmosphere in the installation El Páramo (2026).
