Fran Chang (1990, Poços de Caldas, Brazil), Thiago Martins de Melo (1981, São Luís, Brazil), and Thiago Rocha Pitta (1980, Tiradentes, Brazil) are featured in the group show Conversas entre coleções at the Casa Roberto Marinho, in Rio de Janeiro.
In the exhibition, some of the country’s top collectors present works from their estates in dialog with the institution’s collection. Chang is in the show with the painting If this was the only place to go, I’d have to see, 2023, while Martins de Melo participates with O “Ninguém” usa o God Helmet e cega Polifemo sob o ajuda de Iemanjá, 2012. Rocha Pitta, in turn, is included in the show with a watercolor from 2008, entitled Calmaria.
