Vectors launch Almeida & Dale’s 2026 program across both gallery’s Fradique Coutinho locations. The group exhibition traces connections between modernist legacies and contemporary art in Brazil and beyond.

Grounded in the 1922 Semana de Arte Moderna and its enduring repercussions, the exhibition—curated by Antônio Gonçalves Filho, the gallery’s cultural director— “reveals the resonance of modernist output among Brazilian and non-Brazilian contemporaries as noted in the text.

The exhibition presents modernism as a force in motion—an impulse that continues to generate developments, encounters, and new artistic possibilities. Organized around thematic sections devoted to sculpture and painting, and to photography and printmaking, the exhibition fosters dialogues between decisive groups and movements in Brazilian art, including Concretism, Neo-Concretism, Grupo Ruptura, and the 1980s generation, alongside works by major figures on the international art scene, such as Frank Stella, Lucio Fontana, and Carlos Cruz-Diez.
