Rebeca Carapiá takes part in the Art Explora artists’ residency program at the Cité internationale des Arts in Paris, from March to May.
During her stay in the French capital, Rebeca proposes the continuation of her Rust Diary. The notebooks she began in 2020 are a fundamental part of her practice and operate as a method of observing and understanding the world, where daily notes and drawings ground her sculptural body of work in iron and copper.
