Tunga is honored in the 8th edition of Inhotim’s Múltiplo program. Produced in partnership with Instituto Tunga, this unprecedented set launches at SP‑Arte, where it is available for pre‑sale. It brings together a facsimile of a manuscript on True Rouge (1997) and photographic records of the work’s last installation attended by the artist. 

A seminal figure in the formation of Inhotim, Tunga was responsible for the institute’s first permanent gallery, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. True Rouge stands among the museum’s most iconic works and is recognized today as a synthesis of the artist’s poetic thinking. 

Six photographs by Daniela Paoliello capture moments from the last time Tunga was present for the reinstallation of his work, in 2012. The images, alongside reproductions of the artist’s notes on his creative process for the piece, form a limited edition of 100 numbered copies.
