Where art legacies are amplified and the future is created. Globally.

The Gallery

Established in São Paulo in 1998, Almeida & Dale promotes the legacy of emblematic and emerging artists, fostering contemporary art on the national and international platforms.

With three venues in São Paulo, the gallery carries out an exhibition and editorial program of excellence, forges collaborations with renowned institutions and collections, and is present at the world’s leading art fairs, placing it as one of the most influential Brazilian galleries.

Representing more than 50 artists and estates, brings together key figures in Brazilian Modernism, leading names in the shaping of Brazilian contemporary art and its worldwide prominence, alongside emerging and established artists who keep redefining the artistic horizon.

In 2025, by completing its merger with the celebrated Millan gallery, founded in 1986, also in São Paulo, Almeida & Dale embraces a history of profound commitment to artistic experimentalism, close collaboration with artists to position them in major exhibitions and institutions, and to the development of international careers.

Almeida & Dale actively embraces the challenge of promoting multiple perspectives and new approaches, focusing on being a platform for artists in powerful projects. By combining artistic expertise and a strategic eye for the global dynamics of the sector, the gallery encourages the expansion and widening of Latin American art by continuing to amplify and empower the art market.

MARCO ZERO

From a “ground zero,” a city, a community, a culture can emerge. More than a fixed point on a map, it can be understood as a compass—one that invites us to go further, to imagine, and to bring ideas into being. Recife was founded where the Capibaribe River meets the Atlantic Ocean, and its surroundings are framed by mangroves, a rich ecosystem that sustains life and diversity. Drawing on this sense of plurality and on the history of Pernambuco’s capital, Galeria Marco Zero was born—an art space dedicated to the visual arts and to advancing the artistic scene in the state and across Brazil.
